Cindy Brown, Commercial Quest NW Founder Cindy Brown, SIOR is the founder and Managing Principal broker of Commercial Quest NW., a locally owned commercial real estate company based in Portland Oregon. Cindy has been actively involved in commercial real estate brokerage since 1997, selling and leasing commercial and industrial property throughout the Portland metro area. Cindy is experienced in both landlord and tenant representation, and has successfully helped hundreds of companies with their real estate needs.

Prior to being a licensed broker, she worked in economic development for PacifiCorp as a business consultant, focusing and siting industrial customers throughout the West. She was responsible for developing an innovative site assessment program targeted at helping communities assess, rank, and determine the best way to create shovel ready sites with limited resources. Cindy also spearheaded the first statewide economic development ad campaign to allow smaller communities a broader reach in recruitment.

Cindy is licensed in the states of Oregon and Washington and is active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors(CAR), a past board member of CREW (Commercial Women in Real Estate), and has been involved with Portland State University Center for Real Estate on their scholarship committee for both CREW and SIOR. Proud to have earned the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2003, Cindy is the first female broker in the Portland metro area to achieve that honor. The SIOR designation is earned through professional education, demonstrated competency, volume production, ethical conduct and personal integrity. SIOR is an exclusive credential that is held by only 3,000 brokers in North America and Worldwide.

Cindy holds a B.S., in Business Administration and Marketing from Portland State University. She has taken advanced coursework in commercial real estate and investment analysis and is actively pursuing the CCIM designation. She is a published author, a trained business facilitator, and has been involved in real estate related activities for the past 18 years.
